Courtland United Methodist Charge

In an ever increasing effort to impact our community, we have asked Faith Hospice to help us help others. We are asking for volunteers who can offer their time to help brighten the day of those in desperate need. We will be visiting the patients, putting together gift baskets, and the children (and young at heart) will be coloring pictures for them. We will also be helping to meet other specific needs as they arise. Contact Marcy, Carolyn, or Bro. Allen for more information or to offer suggestions.

The youth choir is scheduled to meet on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. (Note the new time) This is offered as an opportunity for the youth to participate in worship in their own unique way. Special thanks to Jowanda Hubbard for agreeing to help guide the youth in this endeavor.

The Courtland Lay Leader, Nurture Chair, and members of the Age Level and Family Ministries Committee will meet to discuss plans for our upcoming Confirmation classes on Monday July 28th at 6:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall.
